I honestly tried to buy into the 1899 hype (a Netflix "mystery" series), but I just can't anymore. I'm abandoning the series after only 4 episodes in.
It's BS, guys. Don't waste your time.

It lost me during the first episode. 😂 I laugh because I can’t even remember why.

Complicated and imaginative is something that comes out of Christopher Nolan’s studio.
1899 is not nearly that.
What they do is drop cliffhangers at the end of each episode and simply drag out individual storylines. They think it creates suspense, but it only makes the story a plodding one.
