Those aren't teachers. They are scared employees who get disrespected every day. I left after a couple weeks.

Our society is messed up. My daughter has a degree to teach high school, after substituting, she was out.

They should still be revered. No country has all of the answers, but we should be like Japan, where old people and teachers are honored.
