Formerly HBO and now Max's Penguin series is a must: character development is great as you see the evolution of what made The Penguin who he is...so much so, that you somewhat begin to understand and root for him. I know, killing, stabbing, murdering, another human being is still wrong no matter the reason.

@damselfly59 It is rewarding when you lose yourself in a story and characters that you lose track of the actor and focus on the drama and not have to say to yourself "...not another rehashed Hollywood storyline".
