Was just watching MSNBC's post coverage of Kamala Harris' acceptance speech and specifically hosts mention how the structure that Kamala used to deliver it. As a former prosecutor she introduced herself to her audience, lays out her case by introducing evidence, and summarizes what needs to be done to resolve the case. Kamala was being herself as a prosecutor and delivering her speech to the American people why they should trust her to make things right. #politics #Kamala
@Victor and misrepresents that she chose to bring a case on behalf of the people. It’s not civil practice. Chances are, they missed that one. As an aside, as defense counsel, I refer to the prosecution as the government.
