@CanisPundit Maybe it's not my back yard and I haven't seen the clips, these last few decades, but do D candidates go to the red states and say "Remember that disaster y'all went through a couple of years ago? The rest of the country, with my help, worked really hard to bail you out of it and get you back on your feet!" Or does FEMA have such a lingering bad reputation (after W's Katrina response) that it would be counterproductive? No idea, just wondering. #politics @Victor
