I've been avoiding dealing with some stuff mentally for months and I know it. It's affecting my social life. I'm constantly annoyed by the demands of social media so I'm keeping off it more and more but feel like I'm losing touch with friends and family. I've convinced myself they think I'm ignoring them or worse. My body aches all over, I'm gaining weight and feel like shit. This feels like the angst of my 20s all over again. Yikes.
