@voltronic yummy!! I have yet to try that function on my air fryer!! This has inspired me to try it 💜

What I meant is that both devices contributed to the meal. The salmon was cooked sous vide at 115°F for 30 minutes, finished with a 30 second sear on each side in a cast iron pan.
The zucchini and onions and baked potato were cooked in the air fryer.

I would say don't put salmon in an air fryer; it's far too delicate.
Although crispy salmon *skin* in the air fryer would probably come out great!
@voltronic @Valkyrie_D But your air fryer does not have a sous vide function per se.
@Boyceaz @voltronic thanks for the clarification:) I DO have a 14 in 1 air fryer with a built-in Sous Vide and sear mode!
The salmon looks absolutely delicious 😋
@Valkyrie_D
I'm trying to wrap my head around how that would work. Because you need to vacuum seal and do a water immersion for sous vide, then obviously high heat for searing. I wonder how one device could switch between those two things so quickly. Does yours have a pressure cooker thing that would hold the water, and then you can remove that vessel to do searing?
@voltronic yes, exactly! It has a smart switch that changes it from rapid cooker mode to air fry mode—with an adjustable tray. It’s the 14 in 1 Ninja Speedi rapid cooker and air fryer. I love it!!! It also has a dehydrator mode for making jerky!!
@Valkyrie_D @voltronic Really hoping he meant sous vide first, air fry to finish.
