@MLClark sorry, I looked up White House recipe remembering a story from years back with LOTS of alcohol, there are several from scratch versions but to go vegan you might have to go to a gum (xanthan?) to get it thick and creamy but not too much or it’ll be too slickery

The "commercial eggnog mix" is definitely not an item here, but thanks for the enthusiasm! Spiked and with dessert sounds good no matter what I make from scratch. :)
