Yeah he had just moved from L.A. to Miami, it's highly unlikely he suddenly decided there was nothing left to live for.

:/ yeah, it sounds like he would’ve felt optimistic for his new life, don’t like it either way, @Usama_Backhair

Well, so J.D. Vance was Peter Thiel's recommendation. Gee, that's an unusual connection for a newly converted Catholic married man with a wife and 3 kids who wants a career in politics.

All of these guys are pure transactional. It's easy to understand why trump "wants" no security clearances to be required. Each time he appoints someone- Susie Wiles, Linda McMahon-legal issues

These people should never qualify for ANY CLEARANCE much less Top Secret!

JD “used to think he was gay” according to someone who roomed with him in college, I’m not exactly sure how Thiel met him but they’ve been quietly close since before the conversion, before the marriage, the book, etc.

@Usama_Backhair

Peter Thiel spoke at Yale Law School in 2011 when Vance was there and it was “the most significant moment of my time."

" Thiel was “possibly the smartest person” he ever met and that Thiel’s Christian faith “defied the social template I had constructed—that dumb people were Christians and smart ones atheists,” according to the post."

Thiel really defies that social template with his actions- drove Vance to become Catholic (for safety?)
