@MrGoat No, I mean the presence of Skalpell at all…it’s very very rare… I’ve seen Yevgeny Prighozin’s planes like 15 times flying to Kyrgyzstan and back to Moscow, the transponder thing is the least odd. 1st time I’ve personally seen Skalpell deployed for Ukraine.
