I like this Rep Pascrell, he seems to know the law quite well and I’ve been waiting for someone to point this out...that pesky 14th Amendment that gave gays the right to marry, requires equal protection...and precludes an open insurrectionist from polluting the house floor with their nasty azz

Personally I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of my reps from MI that signed on to this to have their careers ended in this way. They've been there too long

Yeah I’m not falling over myself for retribution, I’m not even really a fan of it at all unless it’s in the service of wider justice...and I mean that. It’s not just cuz that might be a popular opinion...but something has to happen to these people who openly used our nation’s freedoms to destroy our nation’s freedoms, forever. In the service of a goddamned demagogue, who next will do this if nothing happens? 🤷♂️
