Well hell... A local high school band director is facing felony child abuse charges.
Could include endangering the life of a child; depriving them of necessities; placing the child in a situation that could lead to sexual exploitation; or forcing the child to engage in prostitution, indecency, pornography, or another situation allowing for sexual abuse.
Yikes.
Take a deep breath and be honest with yourself: Did you assume the person charged was a male (as did I)? That would be incorrect.
@Urbankidx4 i think just as many women are guilty of this, but society refuses to even examine that... women are assumed to be caring & nurturing, and therefore it is much easier to fly under the abuse alert radar.
