A growing number of banks now offer "push provisioning" If you use ApplePay or GooglePay (or even Garmin Pay in some cases), and your bank has a mobile app, you can sometimes ask to have your account pushed directly into the mobile wallet by the bank through the bank's mobile app. No need for you to do it after you get the plastic. And....if you already have that bank's card in a mobile wallet then the replacement might already be done.
