Atheists don't believe in God OR gods, or other deities. Satan would be a deity.

@kismatt I've had this very "discussion" with several Jesus freaks over the years. But what surprised me was the kid who, called himself a Satanist and, thought that my atheism made me a fellow-traveler.
I had to break it to him that Satan didn't exist either. He was as pissed off as any bible-thumper.
