Interesting article, but an utterly insane premise. @lenaoflune Cowardice, greed, and stupidity have been a lethal combination since the era when stone knives were high tech. #Sigh The poor don't always have to be with us, we know that. But the stupid and the greedy....I think they always will.
@TwiHusband I "love" the Tech People depicted in that piece who are railing against the Enlightenment while cooing over the Blockchain-Flavor-of-the-Month, and who decry rainbow flags as "sameness" and "private equity" while sipping on booze paid for by private equity.
Clearly, detecting their own hypocrisy and the actual cause of our problems (money and power) are not high on their skill lists.
