@ToolPackinMama More than mechanical problems, he owed the airport itself ~50k$ and the only fueling company refused to fuel his plane ( also unpaid bills). He also owes the city of Bozeman, MT for prev security provided that is also unpaid. I imagine some of the delay was getting past the collection agents on the tarmac.
