@ToolPackinMama So long as the market can bear the asked for rents, they will not decrease. If the landlords can't rent at what they're asking for, they'll mostly accept less, often with a drop in service quality.

If we ever find the will to get large scale, affordable and quality housing built, everyone outside of the financial manipulators and slumlords will win.
