hi folks, I know the stores are full of glitter and the Fairytale of New York is already turning up in the Radio station play lists. I'm struggling with everything festive right now. I know that this will pass. I will keep taking steps about my mental health as necessary. Today I filled out the mental health assessment on my doctors website.
