The only thing constant is change. I often forget this. While change can be and is scary, it also promotes growth and expansion. The key is to have a great support system.💫

Ooh, have you read Octavia Butler's Parable of the Sower/Parable of the Talents? The main character sets out to create a way of living that focuses on accepting and shaping change. Intense books, but the philosophy can be very comforting.
