Looks like after the initial 14 pounds in 2 weeks drop were going with the pound a week.

So for 3rd week in row I'm setting the goal at 229 ...I'm gonna try something different in my cardio routine

@LnzyHou im right on schedule according to the app. So that's good . In fact I beat it by .6 lol. This is the week it's gonna go wait πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
