@BillieBun I'm eating better. And I spend no less then 2 hrs in the gym 3 days a week. I don't deny myself but the portions are alot smaller.

@ellesu well I have no more excuses anymore. That's for sure. My biggest problem was I never had a set schedule. One day would be a 730-5 then another day could be a 4-11 and ofcourse a mid shift then you never knew if ya had to come in early or stay up late. Made me too tired to go to gym or not even eat right. Now I got a set schedule 730 and it will always be at 3 out or latest 4pm. Weekends off so yeah no excuses and my injuries have healed up since leaving that job
I've also found my life is much better with a set routine. I've been there, done that with an out of control schedule and it wasn't good for anyone. I finally got my schedule somewhat under control and I'm glad you were able to also.
