Next week setting a target of 229
@POOetryma def not rushing. It took me a while to gain the weight I know it's gonna take work to get it off. But setting a weekly goal will at least keep me focused. If I get close to what target weekly weight is (anything under 232) it's a success
@Timmah1979 just don't get discouraged when you hit plateaus, because that will happen. sounds like you're doing really well though
