@DemocracyFu @evamarie want me to include you In my (not so carefully) curated daily music videos ๐Ÿ˜‚

@Timmah1979

I absolutely loved it! Itโ€™s like twisted (or more twisted) Bertolt Brecht. ๐Ÿ˜. Iโ€™m saving this to my favorites.

@evamarie I wasn't sure how you would take it considering subject matter and all but it's such a good song so I was torn between what was shown and what was heard lol

@Krysdammit stay tuned then ๐Ÿ™‚ I'm musically screwed up and I do a daily video that I think is interesting. I try to stay with lesser known artists but every now and then I do throw in an established name

@Timmah1979 I love discovering new music. I'm Canadian & post some great, but lesser know bands/musical acts, to ears in the USA. Like to mix it up with international artists who sing in foreign languages too.

@Krysdammit same. 25 years ago I was strictly 80s hair metal. 96 I started listening to a little (not alot) of rap because then you picked a genre and being everything was so clique like you really didn't get a chance to expand. So 96 started a bit of rap by time I started college i got introduced to foreign metal bands and what they were doing (cradle of filth, nightwish, Dimmu Borgir (first introduction to "black metal") then when I got into my late 20s that's when I took interest in blues

@Krysdammit so I can proudly say I'm constantly evolving. And now I'm kinda into dark folk rock (amigo the devil)

@Krysdammit and one small favor. Can you keep Nickelback there please ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I dunno who's worse him or Bieber. We'll keep Alanis and Bryan Adams though ๐Ÿ˜

@Timmah1979 We are on the same wavelength! Alanis is a treasure, Bryan is a legend...the other two don't even belong in a discount bin. Straight into the alley into a dumpster please.

@Timmah1979 Have you heard of the Hungarian band Omega? They are a hard rock band, formed in the mid sixties. Omega wrote many protest songs against their gov worded & couched in such a way that they got away with it. Were allowed to tour in Western Europe. This one is from two years before the fall of the Iron curtain in Europe.

@Timmah1979 I know people who will not give music in a foreign language a listen. Just nope, that's it. A friend's husband won't watch a movie in black and white, so no classics for that oaf. I just can't with people like him. ๐Ÿคฆ

@Krysdammit I love b/w movies. Actually one of my favorites although it's not an "old" movie but was done in that style was The Artist. Fantastic movie

@Timmah1979 It is. Got my youngest to watch silent films Friday nights on TCM when he was a in his teens. Got him hooked with his first film, Sunrise: A Song of Two Humans. Nothing like a fantastic classic.
