I'm done with everything life, job,and so forth, and lately the darkness inside of me grows day by day, can't succeed at anything, can't even get a good paying job.. been out of school for 15 years still at a end job, and currently to me I'm just expendable to everyone.. will I be missed probably not, would they care that I'm gone no..

One’s mind can really do a number on us. I’m so sorry you are feeling this way. Ask if you would criticize a friend the way you criticize yourself. Of course not. You are absolutely important because you are the only you. You matter. Tell that inner voice to stop picking on you. Take the steps to come out of the darkness. Find the help you need. Tell yourself you’re worth it.❤️
