So where are the MTG players at on coso?
I haven't played yet but 2 of my friends are about to teach me. I bought a starter commander deck, Chaos Incarnate, which has Kardur as the commander. I'm excited to learn and play. Mrs. Prime is also intrigued.

I will say that #MTGArena (free game - also on steam) does a decent job of teaching you the overall 'flow' of the game. (being able to see the 'stack' and be prompted to respond if you're able is nice.) However I wouldn't go to far into it, to many try hards on there. Cards with fam is waaaaay better. 👍
@MgBarbatos My buds and our SO's are only going to play for fun and build decks together. Music, pizza, beers, and magic. Sounds wonderful doesn't it?

Hopefully none of them play prison style decks (as you can guess they basically stall and lock you out of the game.)
I prefer aggro decks (Red & Black mana specifically.) When you find your stride let us know what types you prefer!

I built my wife and green elves deck to learn.
@ThrasherPrime niiice 👊 I'm a scrub whose been hurt by too many prison decks. (I love my friend but damn 😅 ) So my edh deck is based around Rakdos.
Specifically Rakdos lord of riots (I think, I'd have to go check) so the whole deck is based around chip dmg and getting big things into play quickly before I get trapped. LOL

Ooh, enjoy! I’m a casual player, and my husband goes to the local game store’s Commander nights. We’ve been playing the Fallout commander decks. Very fun!
