Ever come across people that you know to share most of your same ideas but then they go really far to the left? Like the polar opposite of the Maga crowd? It's interesting because some of them suffer from the same delusions just on the other side of the spectrum. They also can be all or nothing when it comes to an opinion of something.

So I shared this image on FB. Not knowing who "Food Babe" is but the things I know about the US Food standards and Starbucks it doesn't surprise me.
I've had 2 people commwnt, "yeah, but it's Food Babe" and link her bio to me.
Sure she seems a bit extreme on some issues or her opinions but what if the Starbucks things is mostly true???
I'm trying to figure out what I'm missing?
@ThrasherPrime being extreme, especially about food, is generally going to gain zealots and lose those with critical thinking.
it could be that those commenters have seen some zany stuff on her page, none of which is backed by citable facts.
@invisiblecatmom Didn't she get Subway to change their bread recipe?
@ThrasherPrime did she? I've never been one to pay attention to that, i view food a little differently than most.
