So Mrs. Primes car is getting a new engine under warranty. The dealership gave her a loaner car. It is a brand new 2023 Escape ST Line and is loaded. We absolutely love it. But why would they give us this? It had 9 miles on it this morning.
@LadyZurk We are considering talking to them about just trading her busted one in for it. I don't think the maths will work on our favor but who knows. The car industry isn't as robust as it once was.
@ThrasherPrime , break in period? Some people won't buy zero mile cars just in case there was a manufacturing error. I don't know if it's still a thing, but "they " used to say one had to drive a certain way for x miles to "break in" the power train.
