Today’s Missouri Supreme Court decision is a victory for both direct democracy and reproductive freedom in Missouri. The court's ruling ensures that Amendment 3 will appear on the November 5th ballot, giving voters—not politicians—the power to decide on this critical issue.
Right now Trump's going on about how great it is that it's being left up to the states while ignoring that these states are actively trying to deny people their right to vote on it.
IT SHOULD NOT BE SOMETHING THAT NEEDS VOTING ON. I don't need a bunch of men and evangelicals "allowing" me to have this right.
@TheRealDelia I just want one of these sc to make the bone head trying to prevent abortion laws to stand before the public and admit he was wrong, apologize and take a 30 day time out from his public position.
