High protein brunch. Egg white scramble (bratwurst, red onion, tricolored diced peppers, kale, mushroom, topped with salsa) and avocado toast made with fresh baked sourdough bread, plus a cutie for dessert. Coffee with soy milk and a little sugar free vanilla syrup. This diet is working! 5lbs down!

Looks yummy. I’ve changed my lifestyle too. Not weighing myself but clothes tell the story.

Roasting squash & cauliflower (separately) today to have for the week. Fragrance is wonderful.

Sugar addiction has passed. In fact, anything with sugar in it is repellent. Never would have dreamed it.
