@TheNewsOwl Sure. You drive across bridges that are that high off the ground with only a guard rail, and your center of gravity in a vehicle is not below the rail. Here, it looks like the center of gravity is well below the edge of the side wall.

@TheNewsOwl probably not with that many people. π I have canoed on the little Miami River but never anything like that. I guess it would depend on the view. You can enjoy the beauty of rivers and rafting, canoeing, kayaking or paddle boarding without crossing a bridging..
