So I'm having a hard time breathing at the moment. If I'm understanding this right:
Seems Kavanaugh has added a concurrance to Bush Vs Gore stating that it's the duty of SCOTUS to step in ensure that a state handle a federal election properly by ensuring all the votes are counted by election day, so as to avoid the chaos that may come from an election *FLIPPING* overnight and candidate who was "losing" ending up winning the morning after.
Kagan has rebutted it on its lousy BS hack logic.

Yes, it's dense, but it's basically saying this: SCOTUS has the right to tell a state what to do if they feel the count is going on too long and it could cause confusion and chaos.
Roberts has ignored it (don't know the legal process there).
But these are the salient lines here. Read them and ask yourself who it sounds like and what does it seem to echo...
And then you realize the SCOTUS has been filled with a Justice who's a complete and utter toady.

We just might... now, that they got what they wanted... For many , this seat was the reason in 2016.
@TheAbbotTrithemius Yes this is the gist of it that I understood - and it is bad - as @artemis said, we need a landslide *on election night*
