They're definitely involved in some way, backing his purchase of 🐦 for one. These guys have associates when they need something/ share goals. Like Putin's goal is to dismantle the sovereign state itself and replace it with a new paradigm related to noosphere. EM fantasizes about colonizing Mars. They will conspire if it serves them. They won't be stopped by humanitarian values in pursuing their goals. Doesn't matter if they *can reach them, that's their goal and they're going for it.
