Looks like I was suspended on #Twitter. No notification from Twitter but I cannot follow, tweet or retweet.

I'm unable to tweet, but I just logged into a secondary account and it also isn't able to tweet, saying it's hit the limit. I haven't tweeted at all from the secondary account today so they must have some big issues going on behind the scenes.
