@netspionage I love cuttin' peppers. And onions, and garlic, etc.
@netspionage I've got a bad habit of eating a fair portion of what I make before it gets a chance to get cooked, and I love dicing onions and peppers, etc. The difference between freshly diced garlic and the jars of pre-minced garlic is incredibly pronounced.
Currently on the search for new hot sauces, but there's so many out there.

If I could subsist entirely on garlic, onions, peppers (along with a host of spices), I probably would.
I also just ate an embarrassingly large quantity of roasted garlic the other day. Meant to put on food, but...wound up just shoveling it all into my own mouth like a veritable pig π π
Just means I have to get more garlic now π
