@Tail Yeah, without certain safeguards it's alarmingly easy to commit violation. Or fraud.
And even with safeguards, doesn't mean they're impenetrable or consistent.

@luxsit Well I guess mine is a little different, I mean she would point people out like "Hey that's one of my patients, on his paperwork he said he does like, all the drugs". Things like that.
That aside, I can see issues arising when a patient changes providers, etc and the new provider having differen't protocols than the previous one. A good read though, and a lot of it I wasn't aware of.
