@Museek what's up with the weak arm?🙁
@Tail I have a tear in my elbow and rotator cuff from a work injury. It’s gotten much better through therapy but there are still things I can’t do.. laundry is one of them. Can’t do heavy lifting or extend my arm behind my back, yet.
@Museek I had a bike accident a couple years ago, landed on my left shoulder, had to have the whole thing put back together. I know the pain and the struggle.
All the specialists have told me shoulder surgeries are the worst, worse than hips even.
@stueytheround @Museek going in for some neuropathy creeping up my legs, I'm half hoping they find an orthopedic cause for it.
@Tail @stueytheround ohhh
Have you tried water therapy? I swear, it helped me. I had nerve issues that were severe for a few years. Had PT, laser treatments and alternate hot and cold water therapy. Buzzing tailbone went away! Yes... I had a buzzing tailbone, as strange as that sounds... just like a cell phone on silent. Lol
@Museek
Hmm now I will think of you as bumble butt 🐝
Jk.
@Tail @stueytheround
Ultrasound therapy has provided muscle relief when nothing else worked for me? Only a few chiropractors offer. Was very skeptical but amazed at outcome.
Neck shoulder injuries from rowing.

😂
🐝 bzzzzz bzzzzz
It was the strangest sensation😂
Oh..that’s cool...glad you found something that worked. Yeah, sometimes we tweak things in our bodies. it can take a long time to figure out how to untweak them. We are Lucky when we find something that works! Rowing must have been great... I used to be a swimmer. often, in the early mornings, after my swim, I’d pop over to watch the Stanford Rowing team do their thing. It was surreal in early morning fog
@Museek @Tail @stueytheround
Should clarify, oaring whitewater.
@damselfly59 @Museek @stueytheround oh rowing whitewater is another game entirely
@damselfly59 @Museek @stueytheround Ooof, yeah. I was a glazier for a few years, it took its toll on my body big time. I'm all janky crooked and sore these days.
@Tail
Deep tissue massage. Hurts like heck for a dat but mobility returns. Drink water before and after. Saved me from carpal tunnal surgery too.
