@kismatt Either way the astronauts get their mind's played with. If it doesn't make it, they dodge a disaster and live with the idea they could have died. If it does make it, they have to live with the fact they could have been back home with their families and safe on Earth and not susceptible to any number of issues they may have to deal with over the next few months.
