Most of this doesn't surprise me at all, judging by what I see on MD roads. SIL is a bmw guy and bristles when I tell him those drivers are the worst assholes on the road. I had to ease up a bit after moving here because it's actually the TESLA drivers who are the worst!

@wolfwoman Prius and Tesla drivers were the worse when I was dealing with DC beltway traffic, but that was a decade+ ago. BMW was probably in the top 10, behind anything with a coffee-can hangin' off the bumper as a tailpipe.
@Synical We have squads of (mostly) Subarus and Hondas that quite literal race on the state & interstate highways. The most I've seen at once is 3 but my friends once saw about 7 of them, weaving through traffic, driving on the shoulders, etc. All at probably 80+ mph.
