@PussyFootingAround Nice! Unfortunately, for those of us that no longer have a Xitter account, trying to search for their posts is nigh impossible without a direct link. :(
I have a good one coming for you. Standby. . .
@PussyFootingAround My.... god. I'm not even a lawyer (my mom's the only one in the family that wears that hat), and I know she's clearly gone off the deep end. Looks like she's swimming with the sharks while wearing concrete shoes! π
Lmao. I would love to know what a normal, functional lawyer thinks of her performance. The judge took a break so should could learn how to enter evidence and then when they came back, she still messed it up.
Also, I want to clarify the email question. She wanted a mistrial for emails she deleted as they came in before she filed a lawsuit.
@PussyFootingAround Yep. And any competent counsel would have immediately subpoenaed the email provider for copies from backups, or complained the plaintiff waited until they got deleted under data retention policies (yeah, like the average citizen knows what those are).
Yeah, but they are not typically relevant or realistic that someone might want to see emails calling for their murder every time they want to track a package from Amazon. It was already established and adjudicated that he defamed her.
Also, I turned on MSNBC and Katie Phang said the judge ordered the jurors, among other things, not to use their real names because of threats. So, moot lol.
@Synical
Yeah. I get it. I would do screenshots but I am working (π) right now and don't have the time.
