Welp, it took over 3 years, but COVID finally snuck in. Started with youngest kiddo & wife on Thursday, and I came up hot this morning. That’s all 3 of us high risk folks.
Fortunately older kiddos are still testing negative, while we quarantine in our little corner of the house.
@Synical get everyone Paxlovid if you can it will shorten the length of illness. Plenty of rest and fluids, tylenol for pain. Hopefully all will have a mild case.
@JPSCHWEIZER63 Wife’s rheumatologist got her on Paxlovid immediately. I’ve got to wait until tomorrow to find out for me, but looks like lil one is too young. Bright side, we’re together, lil one still has good energy. Lots of hot showers with Vicks steamer tablets and TheraFlu seems to be keeping congestion at bay. We’re all current on vax/boosters (except the new one that just got approved), so hopefully it’ll be mild. 🤞
