In weird news, I heard this morning that the new iphones are radioactive in Europe (not sure about here) and to fix that Apple says they are releasing a OS update? As a scientist, I find it very unlikely that an OS update can fix a radiation issue...
I know, I should look it up, but that was the BBC news story in a nutshell.

@TrueBloodNet The missing piece there is "electromagnetic radiation." My presumption is, it's likely related to wireless frequency emissions, and the software fix could be to simply reduce antenna power.
