Ukraine needs to get some Iron Dome from HELL protection around that nuclear plant. The radiation will go to neighboring nations if the prevailing winds prevail.

Yes, it's reasonably certain that Russia wired the place to go boom quite some time ago.
The prevailing winds always blow to the east...into Russian held Ukraine and Russia itself.
