@SteveMurgatroyd I think the college mills should be made accountable at the same time. There is a lot going on in that sector.

We need to focus on educating and keeping more doctors and nurses. Those students should get priority. But what about existing and already graduated students. I'd like to see them gain meaningful employment. Too many overly skilled unemployed.

I'm not sure why the restriction on post-graduate students.
