If someone told you that after investigating for 3 years, they had "low confidence" that a thing happened, why on earth would your takeaway be that it was "likely" that that thing happened? Because your business model has become indistinguishable from that of a supermarket tabloid. We need you to be better than that, WSJ, NYT, CNN, Guardian, etc.
