Y’all, I got a promotion!!! I get to keep my fave parts of my current role and lead the team, developing them to replicate the way I work with my clients (focusing on a win-win-win approach to securing their applications).

It’s really cool to have leadership who listen to you and point you in the direction of the work you want to do and are good at. 😁
