Day 1 post dog departure. The cats are nervous so I've decided to act like we're going on vacation and took the dog for boarding. Litter box is inside and food is lower. I hope they buy it long enough to start eating the fancy food I bought. They've both lost weight because they stressed when the dog wasn't feeling well. So far it's working. Gizmo is suspicious though.😎
@JPSCHWEIZER63 Gizmo has been hubs lap cat and the dog disturbance caused him issues. He's going to be lap cat at night again and I hope they can heal together. 😍
@Stace when our dog died suddenly the one cat started staying in the family room and sleeping in his bed. She was trying to be the dog for my husband. Very sweet.
