been thinking about Alito's draft opinion. I think I can use his draft and modify for today's pressing issue of life/death. 'The Constitution makes no reference to AR15, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision.'
@Stace Actually, in its original form the Constitution makes no enumeration of the right to bear arms at all. That’s only in the second amendment - not the original document as written by our founders.
