Groups not included, "editorial boards" of MSM whose CEO's donate to TFG, or party big wigs in smoke filled back rooms - tried in '68 & how that went!
Candidate who for whatever reason decides to discontinue (not pressured or "required" to discontinue) they could be allowed ala Ross Perot.
