However, the immigration surge has been a LOT here in the West.
The City and County of Denver has had to close multiple pools and rec centers this year due to budget constraints as our shelter capacity needs surged to 10x times it's usual capacity -- a system that houses THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of people a night.
