Yes I'm sure that's how some of them feel.
But the statistics don't lie.
We go through active shooting trainings all the time in my job and time and again we discuss people that acted with courage in the face of tragedy.

I'd ask to relocate.
I'm happy our offices are structured differently and are behind several pieces of security.
Nothing is impenetrable but at least we can slow it down.
